Monday-Friday 8.00-11.00 and 12.45-13.45

Consultation hours:
– Daily from 8.30-11.00 and 13.30-15.00 (or 14.00-16.00)

Our office is situated at Prins Hendrikplein 3.

For very urgent medical situations you can call us on our regular number and choose option 1 ‘Emergencies’ or you can dial the national alarm number 112 for life threatening situations.

House visits
If a patient is not at all able to come to the office than a house visit by one of our doctors is possible (please call to make an appointment for a house visit before 11 AM). However if possible come to our office for better diagnostic possibilities.

Repeat prescriptions
For repeat prescriptions you can call the assistant. For chronic medication you could also arrange the ‘Herhaalservice’ (repeat prescription service) directly with the pharmacist.
For questions regarding medication you only got prescribed once, please contact us during office hours.

Diabetes care program
For patients with type 2 diabetes either on a diet, medication and/or insulin, we offer a program of checks with regular laboratory tests that cover all necessary parameters. Call for more information.

COPD care program
For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (emphysema) we can do yearly spirometry tests. Please call if you would like to participate in this program.
